Personal Biography

As the CEO of LM Integrated Solutions, Ms. Alesha Hicks provides the LM Integrated Solutions with the strategy and insight to make LM Integrated Solutions the largest women minority owned IT services company in the U.S.

Prior to starting LM Integrated Solutions, Ms. Hicks was the Business Development Director at Lunarline, Inc. - a cutting edge Information Assurance/Information Security Services Company. Ms. Hicks was also an Information Security Analyst at BearingPoint, Inc.

Early in Ms. Hick's career she obtained the skills and ability to understand, implement, and sell advanced IT and information security solutions. Ms. Hicks has experience providing IT/IS consulting services to the Department of Education, State Department, Department of Commerce and Department of Veterans Benefit Administration.

Her educational background consist of a B.S. degree in Information Systems and Sciences from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD and will obtain in December 2006 her M.S. degree in Information Systems and Sciences with a concentration in Information Security from Bowie State University in Bowie, MD.
